Novel Realty Homes is a real estate investment company in Waltham, Massachusetts.  We specialize in buying distressed condos, single and multi-family homes in eastern Massachusetts.  Our mission is to buy property at a steep discount, and sell a high quality, newly renovated home with elegant finishes and green features.  Because we only acquire property at a discount, we offer those cost savings to the market place.

Novel Realty Homes is dedicated to offering green features, products, materials, and solutions.  Novel strongly believes in building a home with environmentally friendly materials, energy efficient systems and appliances, and renewable energy features.  We want to do our part in the community by renovating distressed property and turning an eye sore into a greener home.

The niche market of 'green homes' is rapidly growing.  We believe our homes stand out in the community, giving our homes a competitive advantage in the marketplace.  As consumers see their energy bills soar, Novel believes even more buyers will be looking for energy efficient and/or greener homes to combat future energy costs.  There is also a segment of the market that wants to live in a green home, but consumers are having a challenging time finding a home with green features.  Novel Realty Homes is dedicated to serving clients that want a greener home.
